It needs a converter, BAD. Current one barely flashes to 1800 RPM. Just bought an FTI 3200, hopefully that solves it.

Recently ditched the front sway bar, 24.2 lb weight loss total. (Bar, brackets, bushings, hardware)
I've got to be close to 250lbs off of the truck. I ditched another 5-6lbs a few months back.

I have gone from 5300 to 4500 doing what you’re doing. Just pulling **** off as I go and see things that aren’t needed. The biggest one for me was tires. Went from a 305/50/20 to a 275/55/17 on Yukon wheels and gained .5 the exact same night only tuning for tire size change.
