If you can find a pos set of shocks with no rebound for the front that will help some also.

Yup Sometimes the less you pay the less valving the shock has the better it will suit you for the track. The bushings are also crap so the valving doesn't seal correctly after a few hundred miles on the street and you will end up with a good front set for the track.

I might be able to help out in that subject. I replace shocks on truck all the time, The oil field service companies use their 1/2 ton 2wd's 4.8/5.3 trucks like 3/4 ton 4wd diesels haha. Ill let you know.

Have you had anyone watch the front tires as you pull up to the line? I don't think you're unloading or bottoming out. I looks as if your diff isn't locking in correctly or you are hitting water at the line dragged up by the front tires. That water box looks big and could really be soaking the front tires if you aren't driving around it. Another thought on what to fix first would be to disconnect the front sway bar before you run. That would lift the front some more and take some motion off the back on the launch.

I see exactly wat your saying. I am pretty sure the diff is locking, it is a tru trac, as a matter of fact I just changed fluid in it, when I put the TA girlde on, it look perfect.. Next spring, I will be on full slicks, miss the water box with the fronts..

Thanks guys

John
