Default What rwhp for low 11's?

My truck is 4wd and the race weight is about 5150. I'm stepping up to a tc76 and I want to break into the low 11's eventually. What rwhp will get me their in my truck? Online calculators say around 600rwhp, is that right?

My 4600# rcsb need right at 500rwhp with a 1.7 short time to hit mid 11s, so 600-650 should get you pretty close with the right 60'.

My buddies AWD Talon ran 11.49 one time and he thinks it's God's gift to mankind. I can already beat him in my TA but I want to **** him off with my truck. I guess 11.30"s would be good. How embarrassing would it be to have a 5,100lb truck with a stock motor beat your shop car that runs race gas and 37psi. Oh yeah, his car hasn't ran for almost two years but he still has the dyno sheet in his shop to prove his genius.

The funny thing is he made 578awhp and the rest of the car is put together so shitty that he can only run 11.5 with a 3k pound car.
