All the spacer is doing is elongating the intake.Throttle body spacers work well on on older TBI systems, or carbed engines where the fuel and air is mixed before entering the intake manifold.

I'd go with at least a 3000 stall myself and add some longtubes and a retune. That should get you to at least a 14.5 or better IMO.

ok the tb spacer comes off tomorrow as far as the other parts they'll have to wait for a few more pay checks to roll by. thanks for the help. this website kicks ***

there have been dyno sheets done by very reputable sources where people lost hp by using a throttle body spacer. The one that comes to mind is FullThrottleDan. He's a tranny tech for a funny car team(or something of that sort) and lost 1 rwhp on the same day doing a before and after of a tb spacer.
