on average from what i have seen improving your 60' by .1 will help your et by .2. So if you improved your 60' by .2 you are gonna be closet o 13.2.
And I know some with built tranny's and shifts kits grab 2nd hard and on street tires means wheel spin and loss in ET.

I've found that the better you hook and lower you 60', your mph will also come down some. It seems that when I spin more and have a worse 60' my mhp is a little higher. I've hit 13.0's at 102mph and 12.93's at 100 to 101mph.
I think you just need to bring down your 60' and you'll be in low 13's also.
