Talking Who has or used a G Tech? I just did :)

well about 6 years ago g tech came out and we bought one to play w our kennebell 03 cobra. It read a 11.8 at 123 w a 2.0 sixty. I went to the track and it went 11.3 at 125 w a 1.6 sixty.

I went to the track two months ago and went low 13s at 98 mph in 95* heat. I did a 1.8 sixty. 8.5 at 79mph this was at 10 psi.

G tech pro rr said I did a 1.8 sixty, 8.2 @ 85 eighth and 12.9 at 104. It was 78* outside. This seems right on where my truck should be. Now I'm at 11 psi w a better cai

I thought I threw this thing out a while ago, still a cool little toy. I'll be heading to the track next month to get my glorly pass before the winter. I'll make sure to bring the g tech to compare side by side.

Ps - it said my truck made 356hp 411tq.

My Aeroforce gauge is pretty accurate in performance mode. I haven't messed with that in awhile though. Might have to make a couple 4x4 digs and see if it lines up with my times in my sig.

i wonder if you got rid of your flowmaster muffler for a straight through style like a 18in magnaflow would help you out at all.

It def would but I don't wanna make more power or psi as it is. The 13 in super 40 series is a chambered muffler. Sounds good but doesn't flow. That's ok for now cause I have a cutout. I'd like to get a real exhaust but at this point there is no real reason.

I have the OG G-Tech that I purchased 17 years ago. When i test it at the track, the ET is always with in 2-3 hundredths. That is good enough for me. I use it every weekend at our unofficial track.

The MPH is always a bit quick compared to trap speed. I have always assumed that it gave MPH at the end of the quarter and not a trap speed.

What amount of roll out do you use. I think mine is set to 12 inches. I was thinking about putting it to 6.
