my buddy wants to get rid of his 16" tires off his 2002. Will the rim fit over the brake drum? I was going to put some drag radials on them

 

obviously try an find out, but my sub has discs in the rear and came with some gay 16 inch HD rims stock that were tight, but cleared everything. Since the 1500's were available with 16's I'd think you could probably fit them on it. Heck you might wanna use all 4 for racing, just for less weight of rotating mass.

 

I believe they will fit. What are you running for 22's???

 

wheel is an american racing black trench. tire size is 265/35/22. Nanking N-990 on the front and WANLI S-1098 on the back, long story, lol.

 

ya they fit in the back. My friend has a exact truck like yours and fit the 16in stocks w/dr's

 

cool. I just remembered the I have different spindles on the front. 16's will not fit on the front tires. I may just get a set of rims with drag radials on them.
How much are my stock chrome rims worth? the tires are not in good shape, lol.

 

i put 15's on the back of mine before and i have 16's for my drag radials

 

they should fit... i am running 16s in the back for my drag setup
