SRT's usually run 13.2 - 13.4 range for the cars and the Cherokee's...
The R/T Chargers seem to run 14.6 range and the Hemi trucks sem in the high 15's around here..

It's all about the driver, guys. The Charger is a heavy car and it's got that stupid auto stick. But a good driver can get a mid 14 out of a Charger RT w/5.7.
And just my two cents but I had a hemi truck and that thing was a dog. I've never seen a stock Hemi run a decent time. I've seen some "slightly" modded hemi's run decent times but never stock. Not ragging on the trucks at all, I'm just saying I haven't seen it.
