2007 6.0 max numbers
Spent some time on the dyno today and got some numbers.
Truck started bone stock 87 octane temp was around 10c and 50% humidity
Totally stock it peaked at 332hp and 335 ft/lbs, with the sae correction on it put down 319 and 322.
Added an AFE stage 2 intake and no other changes made 342/ 336 and again with sae correction 321/319
After some tweaking to the calibration we got 350/346, sorry forgot to pull an sae run
ran the 87 out and filled it with pump 92 and more tweaking for the added octane and got 369/361 sae correction 350/347
I was fairly impressed for a basicly stock truck. Of course the peak numbers aren't the whole story, there was a pile of power picked up along the whole curve. The power stayed up much longer and the curve was much flatter with the tuning.
Hard to say until I get a few days of normal driving back into it but the mileage seems a bit better and the driveability is improved for sure( tq management toned down, downshifts improved, crisper down low, etc)
Just thought I'd post the findings for us to compare with.
Now, blower, headers, exhaust? Hmmmmm

With pump 87 yes, but with 91 and a bit more timing and a bit leaner it got up to 369.
Just picked up a corsa sport system for it. I'll strap it back on the dyno and see what that does for me.
Then, onto longtubes
