Im running a cam like that just in a 112lsa but i have the proflow intake, my cr is at 11-1 and its a 346 and it make a **** ton of mid range torque and still pulls hard to 7k, if i shift it at 5500 it still dont bog into the next gear, i dont think the cam is the problem, however if the intake is ported it could be in there somewhere.. but sorry no dyno sheets yet.. btw whats the lift on the cam?

Yeah i figered, the 215 intake dur. on your old cam would shur help it out of the hole some but with the stall you have that shouldnt be a big problem even with this cam, my guess is its the intake, i dont know much about these new fast intakes but with it being ported yet i bet the runners are huge and caused a torque loss, my intake has alot of valume in it and it seemed to take away some mid range torque too. But i may be wrong, id hate to see you spend the money on this and lose power...

One was an 5.3L with CAI, LT headers, Catback, stock camshaft, stock everything else. The LSXRT gained 23hp without any losses.
I was also a part of an LSXRT intake swap on an LQ4 with a 219/227 LSR cam and it was dead even up to 3500RPM. After 3500 it gained 25hp.

I wonder if its the porting on the intake? if you look on the dyno sheet there a big drop in hp and torque between 4200 and 4800rpm, that would be pretty much right after you take off and could be killing the 60 foot????
