Question 300hp RWHP "SAE"

how many of you guys are 300hp "SAE" at the rear wheels?
with the 5.3. non L33 motor
no power adders, no heads, cam, etc etc etc.
no long or mid length headers.
"cat-back, tune CAI only"!!!!

I agree with John. If the dyno operator knows how to manipulate his dyno it can be done on a basically stock motor.. stock it should be around 240-260 depending on the dyno

LOL that's pretty specific. I'm off to go make a thread about how many people dynoed at 289 rwhp. No exhaust just a cam and underdrive pulley, no tune no intake, just cam and pulley

Since the engine that you listed was only rated for a max of 295 crank horsepower SAE, then the answer is going to be zero. A CAI, muffler, and tune is not going to gain you enough to overcome all of the drivetrain losses and then some to make the 300 number at the wheels. Not even close.

My stock L33 was 267.
