I went back to the dyno about a week ago and took a set of 16 inch wheels with 265/75/16's and gained 28 rwhp over the 20 inch wheels with 275/55/20's. I just wanted to see what a difference it would make. When I had my truck dynoed the first time with the 20's the guy said it would have made more power with some 16's and he was right!! When I buy some drag radials I'm going to get some 28 inch tall ones on a 15 inch rim.

now that i can be more specific (i guess)
i knew there would be a few that would be dumb founded or floored by the question because they prolly spent a bunch of coins and went just over 300 RWHP by a small margin
i put my truck on the dyno, i was showed "SAE" level. the tuner told me that to him "SAE"was what meant the most to him, as far as HP levels are concerned, as a tuner.
my truck put down 255-298 to the rear with a "tune only".
3.73s 275/45/20s new plugsTR55s ,msd wires, a "WIX" paper filter and a new wix fuel filter.
A/F at 13.3-13.6.
at 12.4-12.6 it did 260-281 but was detonating at 5200 on up.
my next option of making some more power was doing "electric fan" and "cat-back"
i dont see why 300Hp could not be achieved.
i just thought it was a legit question and a achievable goal.
GM has always lied about their the HP from the factory.
thanks
Ed

well all dynos are NOT created equally.... Dyno Jets (over inflated numbers) are only good for WOT sweeps and have zero load on the rollers therefore put out bigger numbers. A loaded dyno (tuners choice dyno) ie dyno dynamics. etc, put a load on the rollers which help for steady state tuning and more accurate real world rwhp/rwtq numbers, not inflated numbers
