I am going to see if I cant beat Stew's 13.80 on motor before I do the cam swap in this thing... I think with some traction it'll be close if not right there. I need to get some damn tires

the 12.7 was with the 150 shot out of the hole though... so its not 100% correct but I know I could spray to some 13.0X's as it sits with some tires... as we all know, hooking these things up out fo the hole is a bitch....

You need to get some tires like the Breeze is running. He's got a 2wd Long bed and pulls 1.7x 60' times and I saw it go a 12.30 flat.

Yeah, I know tires are next on the list after the cam... these 255 wide UHP's wont get me out of any holes LOL... his Radix'd truck pulls like a monster on the low end though I am sure. his truck looks like it runs good all over the track though.

I meant to ask you, how do you like the tuning at F-body central??? I have thought about coming up and getting them to do a good dyno tune. I know a couple camaro guys who have their tunes and love them!!!

They won't stop until you are completely satisfied. I told them I wanted a "safe" tune, and NO torque management removed, and that's what they gave me. Once I get these boxes on the floor emptied, that's gonna change! I gotta get a transmission before anything tho, I'm just unsure as to how I'm going to go, either a 4L65E Lvl 5 or a stockish 4L80E. If you call, ask for Jason, although Brett will prob. be the one tuning it. They have a Mustang Dyno with wideband, so it's right on.

good deal... on the Tranny note... I LOVE my Level 5 65E.... Talk to Chuck or Vince Either one will get you right... an mildly built 80 should serve you well too... the low end of the Radix you have planned should overcome the tall *** first gear in that 80.... either one will be great IMO...
