Default 622.9 HP and 1194.7 TQ KD Race, BD Turbo & Dual CP3 No Spray!

That was SAE corrected. Actual was 614.6 HP and 1178.8 TQ. I am very happy with the numbers so far considering the size of the BD turbo. That was with the bone stock wastegate settings, we considered blocking it off for the dyno passes as I think there may be some boost left on the table but for now it was left alone.

The horsepower is a bit lower than what my new fuel only trap speed reflects so we may do a bit of tweaking to close that gap. At any rate kudos again to JK for a great series of tunes. We ran a "stock" pass, then the JK tow, performance and race tunes. We also ran a hybrid version of fueling curves from the performance and race versions to pull a bit of fuel from the big end. Can't complain about gaining 279 HP and 585 on fuel only tuning. Injectors and dual CP3's look to add close to 100 HP to the stock baseline.

Here are the corrected and uncorrected sheets, and the obligatory CP3 eye candy.

It is, although having a switched tune is a necessity. I used to drive around on kill pretty much 24/7 but now with the extra fueling it is downright dangerous.

God damnit I hate you DMax guys...
Who's injectors are you running? We're getting ready to do one of those PPE DCP3 kits on a 04 Cummins with a Helix cam.. How hard was the install?

I run Kennedy Diesel 40% over injectors. They are extrude honed and flow matched. I don't care for the EDM injectors and the set from KD have been pretty sporty on my truck.

The install is pretty simple, maybe even easier on the Cummins. Bolt it up, attach the lines, add a few fittings and the new belt and you are in business. Some guys say they can do them in a couple of hours but it took me six or so to do it to my standards.

I went from 12.80 @ 108 on fuel to a new best of 12.27 @ 112 just by adding the pump.

The dual fueler's allow some stupid fueling levels to be acheived without compromising rail pressure and atomization.

I have not sprayed it yet as it could get ugly in a hurry. The Duramax is stout but I could see chucking the rods pretty easy.
