The tq. spike is conveter flash.Lock it and the graph wont do that n/a.The juice run is a diffrent story.
The lean spike could be fuel pump or fuel not gettin to the engine fast enough.
Is the nitrous kit stand alone fuel?

Have you checked the fp?

My guess is the fuel regulator being too slow if it's not on a standalone. Even if it is on a stand alone, if it's dead headed it will take a second to stablize. The other thing is with a direct port, the N20 should move faster than the fuel from noid to nozzle based on pressure, another possible issue I supose..

The fuel pressure holds pretty steady on 58-60psi on the motor. And it is a return system with the regulator being after the rails. Nitrous is on a standalone system and is a return style also. So there are no dead heads in the sytem.

Pretty sure the lean spike is due to lower fuel pressure on the standalone. Since all the N20 and Fuel lines are the same length.

Thats exactly the deal then really consider an all in one fuel system.I watched my buddys new 396 lt1 on the dyno **** coolant 15-20 ft. in the air from a blown head gasket.I would not atribute all of the carnage done due to the lean spike but, it was the straw that broke the camels back.Hes struggled ironing out the lean spike and never did so think about it.

Exactly my point. The N20 travels from the noid to the nozzle a lot faster than the fuel does simply due to pressures (N20 at 950psi, fuel at 58?) It sounds like fuel might even be lower than 58psi, perhaps 10-12psi seeing the smallish jet spread.

Yeah fuel pressure on the standalone is only 7.5psi. Its a pretty common setup and still have yet to see any downfalls because of it. Just a quick spike.

I really hope it works out for you in the long run...One things for sure the lean spike is not gonna get any better when you squeeze off a nice full bottle at 1100psi.You hot lap on that bottle make sure theres a broom,dust pan,and cell phone on board.

LOL. I've been running this same setup for right at a year now with almost 30lbs of N20 through it a week. I think if it would have had a disasterous issue it would have shown itself already...

Thats good then but,like i said before the spike with my buddy's car was not the whole problem it was the straw that broke the camels back.Its on vid and you can clearly see/hear the problem occur right at wot.

On a side note....congrats on some serious numbers!

12 to 1 compression IMO theres no one that i can think of running that much even skeets truck dont make as much as this thing and he has Ls3 heads with the fast LSr.
