There's your problem right there Bill...
I don't know what "well over" 900ft/lbs means but if your making 754ft/lbs at the wheel and have 20% drivetrain loss your looking at 945ft/lbs at the crank(converter) and if your seeing 25% drivetrain loss your right around 1000 ft/lbs at the crank(converter). In any case your at the limit of that converter.

Time for an upgrade...or just keep that one for a while just don't lay into it until winter track time rolls around and put in a bigger one.

Well i weighed the bottle this morning, 18.4lbs, I believe a 10lb bottle weighs in at 15lbs empty, so the damn thing is sucking air......I should have filled it fresh

no kidding [sigh] I thought it was 3/4 full. pressure is good at 800lbs just sitting here in my 65* office so I know I got a lot of air in those pulls. He made 4 runs on the bottle the "magenta" line on the graph is the last run.

i had the same problem my first dyno run, after a fresh fill. my buddy just didnt know what the hell he was doing when he filled it.

i purged it for 45 seconds almost before any white vapor came out.. it was all air.

it still spiked my torque a little, but no horsepower. get that bottle filled and strap it back on there... you need the bragging rights..

i mean, seriously, those numbers in your sig wouldnt look right without a higher hp number.

I haven't logged anything yet to eliminate the converter as an issue. Rick says that on the street it was slipping at the shift and he felt the converter was an issue. Anyone want to loan me a converter?
