damb. 103mph is fast in the 1/8th. Sounds like you have got that thing dialed in again Jim.

as far as what will the 408 take. i am not sure. good chance it wont take the 1055rwhp in the real world. i couldn't seem to get any more power than enough to run low 10's no matter what i tried but my fuel system was marginal. now that is fixed and it might be ready to go farthur but it might just be on the limit of keeping 4 bolt heads down.

the truck is 100% together, went to the local 1/8th mile track last friday for some 7.0 index racing. made it thru one round and got killed on the light in the 2nd round.

street tires, pump gas, thru exhaust(including wg exhaust), full weight, meth and at 14.5psi ran 6.99 at 103.

you can see the boost numbers on that thread i linked to.
Was this 2WD or 4WD? Just wondering because at one time you were removing the 4WD.

Sorry for the but been meaning to ask you Jim...
How were you able to do those runs on the dyno in 2wd with your rear-end? That's alot of power to be putting through to just the rear end. What do you have back there?
Again sorry for the

thats ok, moregrip will clean it up later

dyno is easy on the rear. that is a dynojet is easy on the rear. i have been told the load simulated is only about 2500lbs. i think a pair of slicks or mt's and that rear might just explode.
