Default Dyno Tuned Finally

Took the old Girl to see TJ At Baker Engineering,

Man, What a Place! The stuff they build and equipment they have totally floored me, It seemed better equipped than most NASCAR shops!

Any way The Truck really needed work, First pull was a stellar 300RWHP LOL, The knock Sensors Didnt like the blower, only 2 degrees of timing was bieng added. Also My Throttle body wasnt opening all the way only 80% , This was fixed and on to the next pull.

Second pull TJ fixed the Knock sensor problem and she came alive gaining about 175 RWHP !!!

After some more pulls and tinkering She made 483 RWHP in Second Gear UNLOCKED converter, She wouldnt lock up and was afaraid of driveshaft issues in 3rd gear So She should be an honest 520 RWHP or so.

Im Very Happy, Saw between 9-10#'s of boost with the Blower and 2.85 pulley. Sure my combo could be tweaked to get more, but im not a dyno number *****, real world power is what i want and ive got a very powerful daily driver!

This Truck Is so fun to Drive its Awesome! Just Rapes the tires and Pulls great up top, TJ reccomended some 4:10's to really make her come alive earlier.

Driveability and fuel economy improved greatly also as TJ worked his magic, I got 12 .1 MPG on the way up at 85-90 MPH and got 15.6 same MPH on the way back. This thing is smooth and crisp.

Sorry for Novel but want to thank TJ at BEI for all his hard work and hospitality, he is truly a great guy with a gift for tuning.

Thanks! Yeah dont want to break anything LOL!

The base tune was actually pretty good, just the knock sensors and throttle body prob. hampered it, she gained 175 on base tune with just fixing those two "quirks" LOL, TJ supplied a great base tune to get me by till i could bring the truck up to him.

The bracket that i fabbed to hold the throttle cable needed tweaked to put more tension on the cable so it opened the throtle blade all the way. TJ fixed me up, i had no idea it wasnt opening all the way but he caught it right away.

It was also hampering me from making boost as i was only seeing 7 lbs before about 10 after LOL

When I do my scans, TPS only reports 83-84%... I looked into it a bit and found that it wasn't uncommon and didn't hinder performance, but this makes me wonder.
