I'm not the fastest or make the most HP and TQ numbers but the truck runs pretty good for what it is.......390hp and 385ftlbs N/A to the ground in 82 degree weather. I should hit well over 400hp and possibly over 400ftlbs in cooler weather. My best is a 1.70 60'......

Yeah I was, didn't know there was that big of a difference in weight between the stock and aftermarket converters! I'm aware of the whole rotating mass sucking power just wasn't sure how much weight savings is seen from the actual rotating mass of the converter. I would imagine that most of that added weight of the stock verter is in the housing and the stator but I'm not converter expert so I don't know. But your right in you'll gain a little something something, same as when you get lighter wheels for a vehicle.

weighed mt 9.5 stall came in at 31 lbs full of fluid then weighed my stocker and came in at 56lbs full of fluid didnt know it would be much of a difference!!

Oh yeah, then add in stuff like billet yokes(slip & pinion), light weight driveshaft and aluminum flexplate..........free hp.....
