I'd say the exhaust is the bottleneck too.
I used to have almost the exact same setup: LQ9, SS2, PAC 1218's, 4.7pr, LS7 lifters, stock 317's, stock TB and intake, built 4L60, 3200 stall etc. The difference between the two is the Speed Engineering 1-3/4" headers with their true duals. Even before I tweaked the tune I could easily hit the limiter set a 6800 RPM. The screen shot below shows 6,434 RPM letting the transmission automatically shift from first into second gear (when I had 3.42 gears). The timing was only set at 24* total advance at that time.

So went back and looked at the final numbers my buddy sent me. I don't have the sheet.
Fresh LQ9 .020 over, CNC ported 241's, Same Cam from Jegs, a 90mm truck intake 1 year only truck manifold from a 2005 Trailblazer flowing Through Cast iron factory manifolds and Replacement Catalytic Convertors and magnaflow catback exhaust. Also has a cut out on it.
2000 or 2001 Silverado running a 2002 operating system IIRC 12212156 OS with flex fuel enabled.
365 HP / 382 Lb Ft at the wheels on a Dynapac Hub dyno... and it's within 100 miles of Sea level.

What year TBSS?
2008 and earlier TBSS intakes (12580420) have the correct MAP sensor hold down and PCV nipple. You can use the 2009+ intakes with a little adaptation to the MAP sensor and fabbing a hold down.
The TBSS intake in the video is the 2009+
The 2008 and earlier intake below with the correct MAP & PCV hose connection.

Nothing special other than it was available at the Junkyard at the time. The TBSS style has not come up in local yards and I refuse to pay new Prices for used parts.
