Time to buy me a wideband and learn to tune myself....I am also debating dumping my HPT copy and picking up EFI Live instead with a 2-bar MAP, and goind with SD instead of MAF....got some work to do.....

That's what I'm doing too. If I win the lottery, I'll be going with a 3-bar too.
I need a wideband though. Does anyone know if the LC-1 works with the new version of HPT?
I want to see that vid!
Do you guys think there's power left on the table with 5deg of timing at WOT?

I had never done a dyno run before, so the first run (video) I just did what the guy told me. After that I locked it into 3rd gear using HPT....the dyno charts are pretty useless only seeing 4K and up....it leaves a lot out of the picture.
The thing that was weird is that I got one good run with the entire 3rd gear RPM range, but after that I got two in a row where even though I had HPT locked into 3rd gear, it would start out pulling in third, downshift to 2nd, then back to 3rd. I don't understand why it was doing that. Is there some kind of override to the bi-directional controls in HPT that was taking over?
