Awesome results! I was running the tr6's at .035 and had problems at 12psi blowing out the spark. I had bought some br5ef's awhile back, so I gapped them to .028 and its perfect now.

Turns out the plugs were good...replaced them last night and its the same misfire. Feels real choppy under load. I'm thinking now it might be a leaky injector. Wrote the old MAF tune back to it to get misfire detection back to try to isolate which cylinder it is. Hopefully it picks it up soon so I can fix it and get back on the rollers

OK, so I went back to try it again! I worked on my VE and timing tables before and during my trip to the dyno. I was able to coax some more torque out of it, but not a whole lot more power.
Didn't get a graph of my final pull, but it looked almost identical to this one. Final numbers were 635hp at 5500 and 895tq at 3500 on 16psi. Saw it hit around 690hp twice, but likely because of a boost spike. I think at this boost level the turbo can't flow enough. Mixing in some 100 octane didn't help much, either. Added timing past like 4000rpms and the power stayed the same. So I guess I'll have to stick with those numbers...
Thats it for this truck! No more performance mods for the extended cab. I'll give it some more aesthetic love but the engine's gonna stay how it is Kudos go out to my local trans builder here for building a hell of a unit, and kbracing for his sweet turbo kit!

That torque number would make some diesels jelous
