Black Bear Tuning Meet, Western PA, Take 3!

We are gauging interest in putting together another Black Bear Performance tuning meet in the greater Pittsburgh area. The previous two meets have been very successful. Tentatively, the meet would be held at the Pittsburgh Mills shopping mall complex...just like the previous meets. We are looking at one of the first two weekends in April.
