Yep. Best advice for sure. If your not worried about a 'Vette with that much money and time into, why would you care about the truck.

x3, If these vehicles have been south most there lives i wouldnt be worrying at all, if it is taken care of it takes yrs for winters to start to show. And you might think your vette will do better in the snow, but just wait til you slide into a curb and bend some stuff,im sure someone will disagree but i dont like manuals in snow. Either get a junker or detune your truck when it gets bad and stop complaining about it. Id be more worried about if you have some/enough experience in winter climate conditions..?

Well, that's a lie when you add in the 27" jack stands

I wouldn't drive either if possible knowin what u said.
If u do drive truck, wash it frequently on the underbody spray at the touchless carwash. Ditto, Vette. Ya, I know it's fiberglass.

Drive that AWD TBSS. If she's still gettin TBSS, get a beater, or a lil Cobalt SS. And don't mod it to point of 5/6# per HP.

Nope. It snuck up on me again!

Now you're just talking crazy!

To be honest, I'm not all that worried about 95% of the winter if the past 2 winters are any example. There are maybe 2-3 days per winter here when I have to be on the road and it's ugly. Our plan for those days this winter is to share the TBSS anyway (its a marvel in the snow).

I'm really only concerned about the clearance for the ruts. I drove a 2500HD and TBSS the first year, and the TBSS last year. I didn't really notice the ruts either year for some reason
