and why the fug am i doing all the cooking. Tomorrow is the day...just wanted to show tonights prep.

But Brats in pot. I poured 2 bottles of Dog Fish Head 60Minute Indian Pale Ale. It's almost a sin. I actually usually do other style of brats, I am trying Johnsonville, they look more kid friendly.
Dry smoker to the left, new split grill. Gas on left, charcoal on right.
Dad always said, if ya have time, test out your plan the night before. (gives ya something to eat while you cook.)

yeah, those first ones are good....expecially brewed, so to speak, lol. Those second ones suck imo but we all have different tastes. They were just too strong a flavor, try one and report back!
