hell i'm in. and a freind of mine too. he's got a 97 with a 4.3l. my hoe might be slow but i need a base line before the turbo.

Damn I wish it wasent a 430 Mile drive from albany, NY or else I would try to make it.

damn i just now got the directions to see how far it actually is

yeah I went to holty's, took me about 3 and half hours. That was with some traffic stops. MIR I'd say takes me just under 2 hours to get there.

ya bein that the 7th is a sunday i should be able to leave early and get out there by the afternoon and get a hotel close by

anybody gonna be hanging out in the area before the track, gates probably dont open till like 5:30 or so

A valid state issued ID is required for ALL purchases of beer. Drink Responsibly; Responsibility Matters!

All racers and spectators are welcome to bring their own canned beer. Restrictions are as follows: No more than one 6-pack beer per person, no liquor, no coolers over 14", and no glass bottles of any kind permitted on premises.

Glass bottles of ANY kind are required to be emptied and discarded on sight (this includes unopened bottles; even bottles found in spectator parking). This policy is in place to protect your vehicle and the vehicles/race cars of others from punctured tires.

Other Event Notes:


All day test session from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. All MIR Test & Tunes have a free $1,000 to win Gambler’s race. The Gambler’s race will be pro-rated if less than 64 cars. We will be calling cars to the lanes by E.T. breaks with one run per session. This will prevent you from having to stand in the staging lanes all day to get your runs. Anyone who runs first round of the Gamblers race will not be permitted to make any additional time runs. This allows those who did not run the $1,000 to win gamblers race an opportunity to get a couple more runs in before the end of the day.
