cool part is Brandon...you could you the transition in your favor...government,armed forces etc....the trip to Cranston to N.K is a decent drive,95 to 4 then on to the back roads...they only sit between exit 10 south and 8 in between the medians...keep your radar on,window half way if possible when they near...you'll be fine...if by chance you do get pulled over...roll the glass all the way down, turn off you ride and have everything ready...he'll ask about you tint and where your going/from and if your polite they might let you slide.

...RI'S tough for sure but I've lived here all my life and I ended up dealing with the issues...for me we do well.

others don't.

I haven't yet encountered a cop here yet, but my guess is that they are all the same. Be polite and respectful, and most of the time they are cool. Some will ask about your ride and actually just want to talk to you. It is the small percentage of cops that you have to watch for. Most of the time, these cops have names on the street and you can usaully avoid them if you are warned. Thanks for the heads up. I still need to head out to your shop Tim.

We've built alot of cars for RI people and never got a complaint that it won't pass inspection. They will probly pick out your tint but for emmissions I would say your good.

I am considering stripping the tint. I just need to be careful that I do not mess up the rear defroster.

You mean strip the door glass and don't touch the rear window? The rear window has 5% tint on top of the already factory tinted glass. Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I am under the weather and my brain is not functioning.
