Don't forget the transfer case input gear for the 80E swap. The tranny swap is a big job but it's worth it in the end. The 80E is superior in most every way aside from its power-robbing properties. A smaller converter is a must. My truck would be in the 11's if I still had a 60E but I prefer the reliability. I'll eventually make up for it in other ways.
