if you are n/a dont need the actual check valve just the fixed orifice, any FI needs the check style.

n/a needs catch can on the driver side PCV line and either a vented oil fill cap and plug off line or add a second catch can on the pass side to the TB.

blown is pretty much the same way but needs the check style and can on driver side and either vented fill cap or catch can that vents back PRE boost.

If you run a PCV line from the driver's side valve cover to the intake manifold, through a catch can or not and you are running a MAF, then you should leave the passenger side valve cover connected to the TB. This runs air measured by the MAF though the crankcase and back into the intake manifold. So if you run a MAF you should have both PCV lines connected or both blocked off and the valve covers vented to the atmosphere. You can then vent both through catch can(s) or not depending on how much oil vapor you are pushing out of the crankcase. The catch can vent can be run back into the intake before the MAF to help keep the oil smell down. Just make sure any oil returned will not foul the MAF.

If you run SD you can probably run any PCV solution you like as long as you tune for it. Set it up to keep boost out of the crankcase.
