Default 05 silverado

I have a lifted 05 Chevy 1500 5.3 supercharged 37x13.50x24 inerco M16. Just had my motor rebuilt the day after I got drove about 15 miles and the truck just shut off with no warning. After waiting on the side of road for 20 mins it cracked back up I got it home the following day it did the same thing again let it sit for a few days I have a Bad o2 sensor would this be the cause of shutting the engine off

Thanks

No, a bad o2 sensor shouldn't cause an engine to die, just to run like ****. Need to be MUCH more specific about your setup, and what the truck did when it shut down for someone to help diagnose it.
