Default '09 Silv, MP45 Iron 5.7L

We finished this truck just before the race, well at least this stage.

It's an '09 Silverado, base model v6, converted to Iron block 5.7, MP45, our twin log into one design, 4" dp, 4L60e for now, stock rear, NO POSI.

We also dumped the drive by wire and converted it to a dbc using a 2002 fbody pcm and our custom engine harness.

We didn't have time to install the posi, but at the track with one leg, on 8psi, it ran a 11.5 @126 with a 2.0 60ft.
Like we all say hahaha, it has more in it, but that was the first time out.
Posi is in and boost is up to 14psi now.
Shooting for a mid 10sec.

Not looking to break any records with this truck, but it's a damn nice daily driver, gets good mileage, the ride is awesome thanks to the McGaughy 4/7 drop.

We'll see what it does this week.

We still need to install the proximity detector for the auto doors and ignition, but we went ahead and installed the push button, pretty cool I think.

Later mods include a full cage, better rearend.

Ya really tell me about it, it's hard to launch due to traction and one tire fire, but once it gets out there, it's gone! especially on such low boost.

here was a 124mph run.

no, we just did one for a tahoe.
We wanted to try this option and with the two logs using 1 /78" runners and
3" logs, the engine breathes great and NA power is awesome!

thanks, actually now we're gonna see how fast it'll go on low boost first, but with more timing and racegas.

oh, to unlock the doors like the vettes, when you get close to it, but we'll take it a step further and turn the ignition on as well.
if push button isn't pushed in x secs, ign will turn off.
