i know the tq numbers wouldnt be the same, but thats sure alot of money to spend when you can do the same thing with a "junkyard" motor and single turbo

Would take alot more than just 12psi on a junkyard motor to do that though.

notice as the belt stretches the tensioner moves closer to the drive pulley......love it!

also notice how big the crank pulley is........even with a 4.0 those big cubes seem to love (swallow) that extra air!

I was very close to doing a 4.0 Whipple build instead of the turbo. My main issue was that there was no front inlet version, and you need to run a cog belt system. You can run it without the cog, but anyone who has built one willl tell you to not waste time and use a cog setup. Very neat build.
