Default 10lbs Boost plus 100 shot- what u think?

I've got a fresh lq4 with a side mount whipple set at about 10 psi, i already have methenol injection and a wide-ban and plan on getting it dyno tuned. Do u guys think the motor will last with a 75-100 shot of the good stuff, assuming the tune is good? By the way the bottom end is stock.

I'd think a 50hp shot and 3lbs of additional boost would be fun if the blower could do that much additional flow.

I can go up with the boost but I'm having a little problem with traction even with the cal-tracs. Was planning to use the nitrous in 2nd and 3rd gear.

That will require alot of fuel. What is you pump and injectors like? My lq4 is maxing out 75lb injectors at 11psi with a walbro.

You are out of fuel already at 10 psi ! Don't spray until you log that thing.

Spray a 50shot dry and compensate with adding fuel in the tune.. You wont get much out of it if u spray it with a wet kit unless its direct port..

And yes 42lbs seem a little low for the psi ur pushing. On the tvs1900s we need 60lbs for safety when only pushing 10-11lbs of boost.

^^ You can't really add fuel if your injectors are almost out of steam to start. A wet shot will work, even if it isn't a direct port shot.
