Default 15 Silverado 6.2L TVS2300 Belt Drive Help

I have a stroked & cammed 6.2L 2015 Silverado with the Magnacharger Radix TVS2300 with the 72MM Pulley. Unfortunately just around 5200 RPM's I am experiencing belt slippage on the dyno and I loose 3-4 Ibs of boost. I am also running the 8 rib Innovators West OD crank pulley. Has anyone seen any options for alternative belt drive system or additional tensioner's.

How far does the belt wrap around the blower pulley? Some times they need to wrap almost all the way in order to have enough surface area to keep grip

Are you running still running a 6 rib belt and stock tensioner? I see you have the overdriven 8 rib balancer.....

As mentioned, can you post a pic of the blower pulley showing how much belt wrap you have?

Default MC SC Belt Pic

Yes I am still running the 6 rib belt set up and to my knowledge no one offers the 8 rib conversion for the Silverado to date and here is the current belt routing before the smaller pulley.

Does someone make a relocation bracket for the idler pulley by the alternator, It looks like moving if up would help a lot since the belt is only grabing about 50% of the pully. Maybe even less on a smaller pully

My comment is no help to this at all... but curiosity killed the cat.... How big can you stroke the new 6.2s?

Ya that bracket would help a lot. Plus it looks like it it helps support the blower snout.

Yeah you definitely need to move some idlers around or something. That looks like 50% or less on the belt wrap. If you can get it closer to 70%-80% it should make a big difference.

I imagine that you could work with Innovators West and Joe @ Leftcoast32 and yall could get an 8 rib conversion knocked out. May take some trial and error........but if you can get it figured out first......you'd be the man.
