15 Silverado 6.2L TVS2300 Belt Drive Help
#11
Yeah you definitely need to move some idlers around or something. That looks like 50% or less on the belt wrap. If you can get it closer to 70%-80% it should make a big difference.
I imagine that you could work with Innovators West and Joe @ Leftcoast32 and yall could get an 8 rib conversion knocked out. May take some trial and error........but if you can get it figured out first......you'd be the man.

Contact Brian at Superchargers Online and get one of the Griptec pulleys for now. I know it's not the long term solution but it should help for now until you can figure out another solution. I had some pretty bad belt slip on my 2300 and that pulley fixed my issue...for now.

GripTec to the rescue
Yesterday my package showed up with the new Grip Tec pulley and to say the least I was very impressed with the amount of traction incorporated or laser itched into the design of the pulley.

Forward Progress
After the new GripTec Pulley install the and new CAI set up I am now holding about 11PSI of boost and the dyno numbers look good until I ran out of fuel pressure at about 6000 RPM's on E85 even with the secondary fuel pump set up with all of the LT4 fuel system. Time to mix some E85 and 93 and retry next week. (Yes I have upgraded the DI system to the LT4/Z06 high pressure fuel pump, fuel rail lines, & Injectors before the aftermarket aux. fuel pump was installed. The stock torque converter shudder is bad with over 650 ft Ibs of torque. Needless to say I will also be installing another upgrade this week.

RT, From what I have seen my numbers are close to the Z06's. Here is what my truck made on the dyno today 666whp and 670ft/lbs on 10 psi. On E80 running out of fuel. It sounds like I can pick up at least another 20-30whp left in this one with e50.
