2004 Turbocharged GMC Sierra
Someone's getting a new turbo system.
-Tubular design
-94mm garrett
-1 7/8" manifold flanges (makes the 1 3/4" fit just right)
-1 3/4" primaries
-all hot side 11g stainless
-mounting turbo in the grill
(nothing is permanently welded yet, so ignore any little things you see, it'll all be perfect when done).
here's some more pics of the build.
Making some good progress on this. Started on it yesterday and in between small jobs getting it done.

Using front mount radiator.
We like mounting the coils to the side of the oil pan, However, the coils and stock wires fit just fine. You should be able to see the clearance in one of those pics.

Looks great Allen. Now that you mentioned it I remember seeing your coil re-location methods when I visited your shop. Since it's fresh in my memory I'm gonna head down and look at my engine bay and see if I have room because I always liked how you did that!!
With proper length of the primaries you retain exhaust pulses which help with spool, they also provide much better flow/less turbulence/less restriction. Then again, some people do claim that the hot-side pre-turbo can be thought of as static and flow doesn't much matter.

thanks for noticing spoolin, most ppl don't even miss the ugly coils when they inspect the engine bay. they remain unnoticed until I mention it.
i'd do it, they run cool down there and really clean up the topside.
plus you can get some cool valve covers.
