2007 Avalanche - turbo
Here's another project currently in progress, just thought I'd post some pics incase any of you are doing something similar.

Intercooler Pics
Keep in mind this is just the mock up, but you get the idea on how it's going to be routed.
This new Av makes it so easy to mount an intercooler and routing is minimal, less bends, easier flow, etc...
The intercooler is a total of 32" and has a nice fat 4" core, and the tubing is aluminum.
We'll keep you guys updated, it should hit 500tq.

ya, that's one thing I don't like to do is cut anything, relocating isn't that bad, but this went right in, just opened up the rubber flaps and the tubing fits perfectly.
