Just another update. Got the maf mounted in a location I was happy with and all we're waiting on is one silicon hose.

The heads and cam went in find after a little troubleshooting. This truck HAD the 4 clinder thing, displacement on demand.
Now it has a head and cam package with about 8psi.

I'll keep you updated on the HP output.

Allen is this going to be an issue with no heads and cam @ 10psi. WE should be finishing about the same time.

These 07 have a freaking huge amount of room in them.

Is yours going to be an issue, shouldn't be. As long as the a/f ratio stays rich under boost and the engine doesn't detonate, it'll be fine.

I'm curious how this smaller turbo is going to work out, it mght boost a little to easy, if so, we'll change the housing.

i'll keep you updated,
allen

Hopefully soon! This is the new style pcm, so it's not available yet.

Ya, SD tune is the way to go for a turbo.

Allen, time is on your side bro. Tune. Tune TUNE!!! is important!!! Just think back to 2001... when folks we're freakin about how to tune. Ya, sure... GM threw a fast ball. Time is on our side. Between you and this communoty we'll figure it out... and we'll be here to capatilize on the results.
