My truck would gobble all the air a 4" intake could feed!

Not really the same thing. This is for a truck and Maf/flange housing only, not a tube.

Great for turbo projects and custom 4" intake tubes.
Btw. Flange fits 3.5" and 4" tubing.

While on the subject, can anyone confirm the ls7 Maf and the 2011 truck Maf card have the same bolt pattern?

I believe the round maf has wider spacing than the card style. My new ADM maf housing can be used for either. It has an adapter that take the round to a card style.
