Because my factory shifter is broken... I do not feel like messing with it....

Sadly, It costs less to get the outlaw shifter then to attempt to fix the factory column shifter.

Not exactly. Dropping in lower gears to suit the lower ratios. Also... still debating on what lsd/spool/locker to put in the rear end...
