I've got 4" exhaust turned down before the axle. Its mildly loud.

my muffler is only a 16 inch case length its pretty small if its to loud ill just do a bullet inline

I can't see th pics here at work, but is that the approximate 15" round muffler? I also have the 4" mbrp diesel kit and with the supplied muffler it was stupid loud for me. Almost no attenuation compared to open downpipe. I've since replaced it with the 30" magnaflow diesel muffler and it's still louder than I'd like. I'm debating changing it out for a large case 3" magnaflow and adding a cutout off the DP.

yup muffler is roughly a 16 inch case same as yours was ill probably put a bullet muffler inline if its to loud

Looks good man and sounds good at idle , like the cam !

I did shackles /hangers/block removal and had trouble with 3.5 hitting the axle over bumps , so I redid it similar to yours over the axle and it clears , it's tight though. That's why I was wondering your drop and if everything clears ok over the rough stuff I also had to trim the underside channel of the bed .

thanks cam is a 231/239 598/610 115+6 its pretty choppy for a blower grind


and i haven't driven the truck yet to know if the exhaust will hit the rear end or not still have some odds and ends to finish up
