4" Intake tubing

Or.. since the tuner is 50 miles away, I could build the new intake setup then reinstall the old one for the drive.
Now just have to build the intake, a new coolant resevoir, maybe a second heat exchanger, get the 2.6" and 10% od pulleys installed and I'm ready for the 2bar olsd tune, then maybe/probably nitrous and new injectors.

I am really interested to see how your truck runs with a 2.6 and OD pulley, probably make about 15 psi. I think it will make a ton of torque, but get hot pretty quick. Your tuner will probably have to pull a timing with your IAT table to keep it from knocking.

Just wait till you feel that extra power, gonna punch ya right in the gut!!
The HEX that came in my kit is for the NNBS trucks, its larger than the OBS style . 03sierraSLT runs a CTS-V HEX i believe with his kit, Talk to Leftcoast Joe and he can hook you up with a larger HEX .

As you can read here, I"m working on the intake.
I'm working on ideas for a second heat exchanger. Don't know where I'd put it... I can't picture how much room there is up under the shield in the front the rests under the radiator and protects the pan. What locations do others use?

I have the larger coolant tank to install on the passengers side firewall and I have the pulleys, the puller and the pin kit.
