Maybe even warm it up to get the oil temp where you want it, then let it sit for 15 minutes with some ice cold towels on the blower, you'll be amazed. Icing my blower in the pits took 1-2 tenths off my runs every time.
I actually have all injectors on top of the blower. An update i set the A/F ratio to 7.5. Went to make a pull and as soon as we put a load on the engine it started chug and went dead rich like 6.2A/F. So we stopped and let it idle and went up and down to let the ecu learn. Went to try another pull and the exact sae thing dead rich and started to surge, lug as soon as he pulled back on the throttle A/F came right back to where it should be. I'm guessing the stock coils just don't have enough to keep it lit under a rich, 15.5lbs pull. what's your thoughts on the coils? I'll be wiring up my holley DIS coils that came withthe kit and trying that in the next couple days.

If your running one of the Holley EFI systems, I've heard that the factory coils don't work past about 12 psi. They are working on a fix, but not sure its ready yet.

The factory truck coils are pretty bad ***. It's got to be the tune if their not cutting it. It may not have the right dwell times set up for them. Max should be like 5ms on truck coils. They just get hot after that. I just happen to read a huge right up on them the other day. I'm looking to use them on my car. The ls1 coils suck btw so I wouldn't use those.

The coils are from a 2004 suburban 5.3l and i have a 5ms dwell setup for them. I read somewhere today that the stock coils and holley systems are good for about 12lbs of boost? Anyone else heard that?

Wouldn't injectors under the blower spraying E85 have a massive cooling effect?

Well I put the Holley dis coils on. Change the pulleys to a 9 psi boost and will gap the plugs to .015 and see how it runs. Also richened up the lower rpms per Holley's request and made another change to the program that Holley found to be incorrect. I have my fingers crossed. Haha just takes time I guess
