For your exact stated goals.. T6 S480 with 96/88 mm turbine. Should spool great on a 416 and enough steam to easily do 800 with headroom for more if wanted.
Now if we want to be realistic, I see the money you've spent so far. I'd do a Garrett GT55-88 or 94 but that's just me. You'll be wanting to turn it up and up in no time.

I don't want to get real carried away on the truck just solid power and try to make it live a long life on the street , besides I have 92 mustang coupe for drag car with 4.8 and cheap turbo kit im working on but its just a lot of guessing for me but if I break the coupe its no problem it can sit but not the truck

i was originally going all motor 416 and about 150 shot but i think i want to do the turbo deal instead cause it would be best of both worlds, drive around nice and have the power waiting and no bottle to fill.

need some insight on what kind of fuel system is going to work and the other little things that always show up, if i might need gear change later or whitch air to air ya know i want to get all the stuff right the first time but not go way overboard for what i need.

416 is a huge motor for such a small goal but since you have it may as well use it....its gonna take a large turbo to keep back pressure under control with any modest boost level
Local dude has a 414 and runs a s500, 22 psi makes 1250 rwhp

Not saying he needs a s500 but it is a comparison of what that size motor is capable...and a s500 is a speced 88mm
And if he was trying for more race his 3800 converter may just be perfect giving how radical the motor is
His motor should be around 550rwhp NA it may be all he wants for a daily
