Damn you guys are seriously pushing these things. I need to get the 80 swap donem, so i can hit this bitch with more boost. I wonder what 12 to 15 lbs will feel like.

Are you running studs?

Running the cxracing 80mm. Its the exact turbo as the magnum 80mm but half the price. It has a 77.mm turbine exducer. Its sick as hell. I'm running arp studs and ls9 gaskets. On 13 psi it has to be at least 650 rwhp.

What would I need to swap. Currently running mp76 3" dp.

You will need a 4" downpipe with a 4" V-band flange and you will need to do some work on the cold side because the outlet is 3.5" v-band. Also the inlet is 5"

It was for me. The mp76 and on3 76 are basically the same. With the new setup it feels a lot better on 12 psi than the old one did on 14.5 psi. Plus the mp76 will be maxed out around 15 psi on a 5.3. This new turbo will really start to shine around 15, but it already feels great on 12 and 13

Well now you have me thinking. Might have to sell the mp and 3" dp.
