Well I already have the 4.11s soo ama stick to those and later change things around. I also have a 3800 triple disk which I will be sending off to PI to get it tight for boost.
Btw truck is a 6 speed soo it has that short 1st gear soo my truck from digs could be useless
I think just a cast wheel wil get it done, I dont think a race cover is necessary.

Like Atomic said, something right around the 76mm compressor size should be perfect for that. Ive got a 70mm waiting to go on mine, but I sized it more for DD/towing duty than for highest performance.
I would also considering dropping down from a 4.10 to like a 3.73 or 3.42 gear. It'll help load the turbo up better.
You also really don't need to get the heads ported. With the right turbo/cam/gears/stall you should have no problem hitting 600hp without digging too far into the motor.
