Well, did you check the tune up here? What alot of tuners don't relieze is that our gas sucks and about 80% of the mail order tunes I see have alot of KR. 42lb injectors are marginal up here with DA's in the negative 3/4 of the year. My 60's use 75% of the cycle at 7lbs. So,I wouldn't jump out there and up the boost just yet till you fully check to make sure the truck likes the tune up here and the injector cycle. Alot of people blow there motor's this time of year.
P.S, I'm not saying anything about Allens tuning or anybody's,it's just safe to check to make sure the well known crap winter gas we get isn't going to pop the motor.

With 43lb. injectors and 6lbs of boost I was at 100% duty cycle so I went with 60's and now they are at 68% duty cycle. When I had mine dyno tuned we ended up at 12.5 af/r and no kr. Picked up 30hp going from 11.5 to 12.5. I don't think 42's will cut it at 10lbs. of boost.

I have run 15psi up hear at 7000', at 70% duity cycle on 60LBer's shifting at 5800RPM no meth. The AFR is getting up around 12.2. Im getting KR but also get the same KR @ 6psi with a 9.5 AFR. I cannot det at all. Do you get into detination without the meth, or are you running out of injector?

Go get yourself a boost controller and start slowly bumping up the boost. I think you will be safer having a rich tune and upping the boost , than leaning it out and burning up the motor.
