Cool 85 GMC 53L ebay hot side turbo kit = 470rwhp

Still need to finalize the tune for 75lb injectors, set up efans and some other minor re-wiring. Low budget build. 2004 sierra 5.3L DBW 4L60E

Cool setup man! Those older trucks sure are a hell of alot easier to cram engines/turbo's into. I just don't see that setup working for the newer 99-07 stuff. Was it necessary to have the scavenge pump?! Or is that just for safety measures?!
