Default 99-02 GMC grill options with RADIX heat exchanger

anyone here mount the magnuson H/E low and run the ebay 26X7X2
Heat exchanger behind the grill

looking info on grills without emblems, wondering if the overlay is the way to go since the stock grill is a tight fit as it stands

any tips fully appreciated

This is a terrible picture, cropped & blown up from an old crappy cell pic.

But if you look at the lower front bumper valence, you'll see a large opening. You could mount the aux Maggie HX in that opening, and mount the other HX behind the grille where it normally goes.

I'd be happy to take a better pic for you in the daylight if you want. Just let me know.

after doing some eye ballin the maggie H/E looks like a better fit downstairs

Looks like the ebay item is 26" wide about the same width as the distance between the frame rails

are you using that same ebay 26X7X2 unit?? any pics of it without the grill in place

a$$uming you have it mounted in front of your radiator in place of the maggie unit real curious

yea I know asses are like assumptions

was hot here for the first 10 days of september the truck was not liking it at all

man last year it was really hot the last week of september first week of october it was 97 and I'm pretty close to the ocean about 5 miles as the crow flys

No, that Yukon is bone stock, no supercharger.

On my Silverado, I'm running the stock Magnacharger HX, behind the grille in the normal location.

Wasilla

here's the text from his email

We bought the 5th wheel in February sight unseen from a couple in Wasilla. We drove our 2000 Dodge van (slightly camperized) up to Wasilla and they took the trailer to our site that day and set it up for us. It looks like this one.

Here is where it is.

No kidding, small world huh? Your friend has experienced world class fishing, in one of the most beautiful & rugged states of the USA. Everybody, including you, should make your way up here, and experience Alaska at least once or twice in a lifetime. And bring lots of money, please. Our tourism dollars have been suffering with the high prices of fuel over the past couple of years.......

Remember, bring LOTS and LOTS of MONEY. Thank you.

That would probably not end well for me. Many of the people that come up here are really cool, wonderful, and fun-loving. Then there's the other 75%.......... I have a short fuse sometimes(often) and I'd likely slap the **** out of some whiny-***-biaotch complaining that it's cold, or rainy, or the fish aren't biting, or some other stupid **** that we all have to deal with, and I'd go to jail.

I'll stick to fixing cars & trucks, and stuff like that.
