Default Adding A Turbo to a Nonturbo'd Diesel

I have a 16hp 3 cylinder diesel garden tractor. I am turboing it. Anyone ever done this or have any suggestions?

I have thermocouples on the exhaust manifold pointing into the head exhaust ports and I am getting a digital tachometer for the engine.

There is a "govonor" screw like all the old mechanical diesels and I am thinking all I need to do is turn this up a little to get some more fuel into the engine.

Its a little guy:

Larger one for initial mockup:

And the theromcouples:

I know this is off topic, but I figured a bunch of you would know some stuff about this. If there is a better place to ask let me know but we will start here.
